Result Sheet for Term 1 and Term 2 2020-21 And 2021-22

Instructions

The sheet is in the form of a Google sheet so download it as Excel Sheet and start working on it.

1). Type the name of the students, Caste and GR number in the respective column of the Term 1 and the same information is reflected in the Sheet “Term 2”.

2). TERM I is the sheet for the Term 1 and TERM II is the sheet for Term 2.

3). SUMMARY 1 is the subject-wise summary sheet for the Term I and SUMMARY 2 is the subject-wise summary sheet for the Term II.

4). You have to just enter the marks of Formative and Summative of each student in the respective column.

The total and grades as per the total are calculated for you automatically.

5). After you have entered the marks of all the subjects grand total and grades are calculated for you.

6). Enter M for boys and F for girls in M/F column next to name of the students. This is very important because subjectwise grades are calculated in the summary sheets only after you enter M or F.

7). You can change the sheets according to your roll numbers and convenience.
